Here you have Will.I.Am’s collaboration with Justin Bieber, titled “#thatPOWER”. It’s a club-ready, house-electro tune that will definitely get people on the dancefloor all over the world and will probably serve as a single. I’m liking the beat, but I hate Justin’s vocals on it. Not to mention that they’ve been autotuned to death. Anyway, I’m sure this is set to become a huge hit, but it ain’t no “Scream & (fuckin’) Shout”.
